Breads, Sauces and Deserts are made from scratch in-house by our chef who was born, raised and trained in Italy.

About Chef Andrea Montobbio
Chef
Andrea Montobbio is a native of Capriata d'Orba, in Northern Italy, where a passion for food is a hallmark of the
culture. Growing up, Montobbio and his family were very involved in wine making and the rural environment that was home
provided the freshest of ingredients-from family's garden. It was this early experience with pristine ingredients that
ultimately influenced his philosophy about cooking: respect the food - start with quality product - and allow their
flavors to permeate the dish. Montobbio's infatuation with food began his culinary education at the Marco Polo School
in Genova, upon graduation he moved to Camogli to continue his studies at the Guglielmo Marconi School where he mastered
the basics.
Our food
A menu of indulgent antipasti, handmade pastas, smoky wood-grilled pizza, and hearty carne e pasce dishes, replete with
entrees you'd be hard-pressed to find elsewhere. The prosciutto e arugola pizza is a flavorful heap of prosciutto de
Parma, fresh arugula, and parmigiano atop a perfectly charred wood-fired pie. The mezzeluna pasta dish is rich, hearty,
and perfect for the reason, with roasted butternut squash tucked inside handmade ravioli, served with plump scallops in
a brown butter and sage sauce.
