The restaurant is busy, comfortable, and full of repeat customers who come in, and back for this "made-from-scratch" food. Maybe that's why over the years, The Brickery has become part of the Sandy Springs landscape and a part of so many residents' weekly routine. While the many regulars give it almost a small town feel, The Brickery's menu is anything but. Whether it's the Southern Fried Chicken that so many just cannot get past, the Fried Catfish, the House Caesar Burger, fresh cut Onion Rings, or their signature Lump Crab Cakes, it quickly becomes evident that this food quality begins with a recipe and a knife.

The Brickery also features daily lunch and dinner specials that may find you having a crunchy BLT one day, and Osso Bucco the next night. As if that's not enough, there are the All-You-Can-Eat nights:
