Sherry
Bourrie is a former college athlete and an accomplished tri-athlete who excels at helping others achieve their dreams. Those dreams vary from health and fitness related goals to achieving a personal record at
a chosen sport. Read some of her

Sherry emphasizes that the
gym is a no pressure supportive atmosphere that can accommodate any level athlete from the beginner to the professional.
For Sherry, athletics and fitness has always been a part of
her life. As a
two sport college scholarship athlete and currently a competitive tri-athlete,
Sherry has a PASSION to train others and to see
them succeed. Sherry believes that EVERY individual, no matter their current level of fitness, can achieve any fitness goal.
Sherry has more than 10 years experience in the fitness industry, including: personal training, group training, group
fitness, and speed/agility. She has more than 5 years experience in general nutrition. Team2BFIT has been
Sherry's dream for a very long time. Her dream has come true, and now it’s your turn… to dream with Team2BFIT!!
In addition to standard gym membership Team
2B Fit offers Personal Training, Weight Loss, Nutrition
Counseling as well as Sport and Event Specific Programs.
- Sport/Event Specific Programs

Programs are designed specifically for the sport or event you are training for such as triathlons, road races, or sports
like softball, baseball and tennis.
- Nutritional Counseling

We provide general nutrition guidance but will also provide more specific nutritional counseling to those individuals who need more guidance. We design nutrition programs based on each individuals specific needs whether it's sport specific nutrition or general nutrition. Program design, recipes, weigh ins/body fat assessments, and weekly progress follow ups included.
